Wooden Surfaces: Old or new surfaces

 

Preparation of surface:

• Remove all dirt and grime and loose or flaking materials.

• Sand down to appropriate finish.

• Chip board, Superwood and ceilings must be sealed.

• Furniture must be sealed according to final usage.

• Ensure all wood oils and waxes manifested.

 

Note:

• B-Earth Products must be stirred well before use.

• Products can be applied by paintbrush or spray gun

• Stain can be made by mixing B-paint into B-varnish, max 50 / 50 mixture. 10 % B-paint to 90 % B-varnish as standard.

 

Application:

• Knotty pine, wooden frames & dry walling must be saturated with B-bond.

• Construction wood to be saturated with –bond.

• Where B-paint will be used, allow for one (1) coat of B-bond.

• Apply two (2) coats of B-paint where it is desired.

• No primer is required if B-varnish is used. (Saturated suitable)

• Apply B-varnish, allow for three (3) coats.

 

Cleaning:

• Products are water based

• Clean all equipment thoroughly with water immediately after use.
