PAINT WITH CONSCIENCE
Ceramic and Clay Tiles
Preparation of surface:

Tiles to be treated should be free from all dirt, oil, grease and loose particles.

Remove excessive grease efficiently with a degreasing agent.

Wash tiles, clean with steel brush and 40 grid sandpaper.

Ensure grout filing to be clean, free from mould, algae or other growth..

B-bond acts as an indicator.

If oils and residues occur. B-bond will indicate

If B-bond doesn’t stick to surface, scrub and sand B-bond into substrate with wire brush or 40 grid sandpaper.
Note:

B-Earth Products must be stirred well before use.

Products can be applied by paintbrush, paint roller or spray gun
-
Where artwork is to be painted on tiles, apply B-paint before B-varnish.
Application:

Apply one (1) coat B-bond as minimum. Allow to dry.

Apply B-paint of colour choice. Allow for three (3) coats.
-
Final coat as B-varnish for sealing and glossy finish.
Cleaning:
-
Products are water based
-
Clean all equipment thoroughly with water immediately after use.
Waterproofing underneath tiles
Preparation of surface:

Surfaces to be treated should be free from all dirt, oil, grease and loose particles. Remove excessive grease efficiently with a degreasing agent.

Clean with steel brush and 40 grid sandpaper

B-Earth Products must be stirred well before use.

Products can be applied by paintbrush, paint roller or spray gun
Application:

Apply one (1) coat B-bond as minimum. Allow to dry.

If B-bond doesn’t stick to surface, scrub B-bond into substrate with wire brush.

Apply B-seal. Allow for three (3) coats. Final coat as B-paint for protective finish.

Do tilling as normal. B-bond can be mixed into grout powder for extra elasticity and as waterproofing.
