Concrete roofs, rib slabs

 

Preparation of surface:

• Cracks can be fixed by, opening up the crack in a V-shape.

• Remove all dirt and grime and loose flaking particles, with a broom.

• If practical:- high water pressure cleaning or, hose down the area and clean thoroughly.

• Allow to dry.

• Cracks must be filled with cement, river sand and B-bond mixture. Follow cement manufacturers specifications and replace water with B-bond.

• Expanding and contracting cracks must be sealed using a membrane.

 

Note:

• B-Earth Products must be stirred well before use.

• Products can be applied by paintbrush, paint roller or spray gun.

• Full cure after 72 hours

 

Application:

• Saturating area to be painted with B-bond, only one coat needed

• Allow to dry

• Apply two (2) coats of B-Seal, Allow to dry

• Apply B-paint of colour choice. Allow for two (2) coats..

 

Cleaning:

• Products are water based

• Clean all equipment thoroughly with water immediately after use.
