Floors

 

Preparation of surface:

• Floors to be treated should be free from all dirt, oil, grease and loose particles.

• Oils must be addressed with a degreaser and neutraliser.

• Neutraliser - 180gr Bicarbonate of Soda and 5litre water mixture. Wash surface with mixture, and rinse with clean water and let dry.

• Sweep floors, clean with steel brush and 40 grid sandpaper.

• Uneven surfaces can be levelled with cement, river sand and B-bond mixture.

• Follow cement manufacturers mixing instructions, replace water with B-bond. B-bond increase mixtures elasticity. Allow to dry.

 

 Note:

• B-Earth Products must be stirred well before use.

• Products can be applied by paintbrush, float.

• Where industrial floors need circulation lines, apply colour of choice before B-varnish.

 

Application:

• Apply one (1) coat B-bond as minimum. Allow to dry.

• Where B-bond don’t penetrate to surface, scrub or sand B-bond into substrate with wire brush or 40 grid sandpaper.

• Apply B-screed of colour choice. Allow for three (3) coats if painted, Aplied by float (1) coat

• or Apply B-Road of colour choice. Allow for three (1-2) coats.

• Final coat as B-varnish or for sealing and glossy finish.

 

Cleaning:

• Products are water based

• Clean all equipment thoroughly with water immediately after use.
